Donation service represents that it is engaged in the business of inter alia operating,maintaining and running an online platform, facilitating donation of all kinds of products electronic commerce and owns and maintains a Portal on the Internet to facilitate donation of subjects both new as well as used used / preowned / surrendered / repossessed uniforms as per the specification provided by the Donor.

You understand and agree that the Website is merely a platform to facilitate donation of uniforms and is not a party to the transaction in any respect. You also understand and agree that www.sapsbooking.com/sapsmarket is not the seller of the uniforms, does not inspect, nor guarantee the condition or delivery of the uniforms or the uniforms transfer related documents. You understand and acknowledge that the contract for donation of any of the products shall be a strictly bipartite contract between the donor of the uniforms and you.

Your request on the uniforms only means that you are making an request to the donor to ask for the listed uniform and donor at his own discretion may choose to not to accept your demand. A request does not entitle you to have a first right to take the uniform. The final decision for donation of any uniform is at the sole discretion of the donor. You also agree and acknowledge that unless expressly specified by the donor, uniform is listed on "as is where is basis". By making a request on a uniform you agree to be bound by the conditions of donation included in the uniforms' / listing description (or linked to from the description) so long as those conditions of uniform are not in violation of the www.sapsbooking.com/sapsmarket User Agreement, or other terms and conditions or are unlawful. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this www.sapsbooking.com/sapsmarket User Agreement. You also agree that any request you place on a uniform listed on the Website is legally binding on you and that if you are an interested donee in any uniform donation and donor has accepted your request, you will fulfill your commitment by taking delivery within the timeframe set by the donor.

In addition to the rights granted to www.sapsbooking.com/sapsmarket in the privacy policy, by giving a request on a uniform, you agree and allow www.sapsbooking.com/sapsmarket to provide to the donor of that uniform with your personal information.

In the event of any violation by you, of the www.sapsbookings.com/sapsmarket User Agreement, and other terms and conditions governing your use of Website www.sapsbooking.com/sapsmarketmay suspend or deactivate your access to the Website.

Both the donors & donees agree todefend indemnity and hold harmless , www.sapsbooking.com/sapsmarket from any loss, damage, cost and expenses caused by any reason during this transaction. Inno event shall we be liable for any loss for the transactors by costs direct and incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any claim. Both the parties agree to have discussed all the related matter regarding this transaction and have understood in full that www.sapsbooking.com/sapsmarket has provided a source of supply and has nothing to do any further especially with regards to quality, warranty, guarantees, delivery schedules, payments, rejections, transportation, legal laws and regulations to be followed from time to time etc. Since www.sapsbooking.com/sapsmarket does not possess knowledge base of the commodities under transaction both the parties agree that the matter contained in the materials as a part or as a whole does not violate any applicable law.
